I've been employing this drycleaners off and on for 5 years. I slipped down two tops to become dry-cleaned; one was silk—I offered them particular directions to not pin or staple the top because it is COTTON. The worker published "specific treatment" about the cotton top. They cost me $9 for that "Special Treatment". Duh, no-brainer, right? Incorrect. I acquired my shirts, got busy creating supper, then proceeded to consider the plastic wrap from the shirts. That's, till I recognized that they'd stapled (twice affixed, at that) the red solution towards the SLEEVE of the cotton top, in addition to the interior label. Obviously, in getting out the basics it quit two openings, which of course may become two works. I return to the products to question them what occurred; not just does the dog owner WOn't consider the product, he informs me that I'm a liar which the draw is mounted on the tag. I react that I'm a health care provider and also have you should not lay to him, but this can be a $60 top that we used 3x and it is now destroyed. He proceeds to refuse this, so when I go out claims, "Fuck you, Physician". DON'T PATRONIZE E-COMMERCE if you don't need your apparel destroyed; this guy and his spouse are scammers without any regard due to their clients.
