Titan Companies - Titan Management Services - Titan Recovery Group - TMS - TRG - Fred A. Howard Scammed and robbed employees unethical collection practices lied about why employees were not getting paid liars theives bottom feeders

Titan Management Services aka Titan Recovery Group left it's employees of the Marion, IN office confused after not being paid for the previous two weeks worth of work.

On Friday (payday) they were told that due to a "computer glitch" all employees would be paid by paper check no later than the following Monday.

Monday came, and went, and on Tuesday all employees were told that they had been officially laid-off from Titan and would not be paid.

On Wednesday, the employees were called back to work with the promise that not only would they still have a job, but would be receiving payment and a free lunch.

Upon their arrival, they were informed that they were now called 'Burgess Law Offices' and everyone had to fill out a new application. The General Manager to the Marion, IN office also stated that they would not be keeping everyone but that everyone would be given a "gift" from their new owners in light of the current situation.

Everyone did receive 30-50 percent of the monies owed from the previous 2 and a half weeks of work. Only a handful received the free lunch and a trip to the local strip joint.

There is much more to this story and I encourage all interested to read the information contained in the links below. These things should not be allowed to happen to ANYONE!!! Pull up TMSs website and dial some numbers. Bet you will be surprised. How can they just "pull out" and leave some high and dry?

I know that most of you will be less than sympathetic to someone who works for a collection agency but please remember, these are people that "just need a job" plain and simple. Marion, IN was once an industrial town now on a downward spiral due to the many closing that once thrived here.
