Beware... These people have one thing on their mind... Ripping you off! Their service tech proceeded to repair my faulty pool pump motor and I literally almost drowned myself when I saw the Bill. Almost double the phone quote. Worse overly the tech mentioned to me a brand new replacment pump system (whole thing) would have only cost $80 more than the bill turned out to be. I watched as the tech scrapped a copper seal out of the pump impeller, proceeding to tell me it was not necessary until he turned the unit back on and it leaked - then admitting the seal must be the reason for the leak. The leak on the impeller was not the only leak. The tech caused another leak in the plumbing when attempting to force the motor/impeller together once more.
So beware... Call elsewhere - I will NEVER make this mistake again. You are better off hiring some blow joe plumber. I should have known better after purchasing chlorine from them one time, many years ago, leading to an endless problem keeping the water from becoming cloudy.
Solution? I no longer purchase chemicals from them... And the problem has never returned in 10 years. Avoid their stores AT ALL COSTS, having a pool is enough of a hassle already without adding to it by patronizing their locations. Never Again!
