Installed electric water heater - charged elderly neighbor $1850.00 (20 minutes on job)

Elderly neighbor was charged $1850.00 to replace an electric water heater in her garage. Water pipes had adapters to screw onto the water heater. Start to finish, the tec was there 20 minutes. I called the following day to request the same service at my house (next door)... They quoted me... Up to $800.00. Th e family is getting the local TV station to do a story about the rip off to this elderly, widdowed woman. Never call a-1 american. For information only, a water heater can be purchased for about $300.00... install time approx one hour. BEWARE of this company... Calls made to them where given 'the run-around'... BEWARE
