3 months after i signed a contract with jk harris's company, allowing monthly withdrawals from my bank account to pay for their advertized expertise, the feds froze my bank account. This caused a series of checks to bounce and left me with nothing but the few dollars i had in my purse, and bank fees mounting. After days of trying to get help from these tax experts i was forced to deal with the IRS on my own to get my bank account unfrozen.
Not only did i not get any help, their tax experts were extremmely rude, and condescending when I finally did get a person on the phone. Each time i talked to an "expert" or a answering machine the response was the same. I was reminded over and over again that they had 2 days to respond to my snowballing problem., and not to leave more than one message.
The only response i got from the several letters i wrote {including one to jk harris himself, which went unanswered} was that they had done an "extensive investigation" on themselves, and found no wrong doing. I appealed their decision, and got the same response. The ONLY thing jk harris did was to take my money monthly and ignore their end of the contract.
