Everything has been said already about the scamming bottom feeder fraud laden company.
I am a recent victim that wished I would have read usacomplaints.com before I wasted my money on this piece of crap service. I got bamboozeled like everyone else.
1. Met a sales consultant paid for offer and compromise and pending levy service which cost 1600 down and monthly payments to equal 4600.
2.in two months, bank account got levied 9-25-06, IRS never heard of JK Harris representing me and all they had to do was call and file a Stay of Collections or respond to the final levy hearing request they did nothing except assure me everything was being taken care of. They hand your case over to a case specialist, minimmum wage file clerk, and give you bs reasons why they cannot stop the irs from doing what they want to do.
Now my bank account is overdrawn, checks have bounced and my tax sitution and finances are worst off than they were before I met JK harris.
There is only one thing JK Harris will do on your behalf... Take your money. Follow the advice on this site and take them to court and name your Sales person as defendant and JK harris as Co-defendant... Maybe they will get tired of getting sued.
