This company does not do what they say they will do. They say they collected on one of my accounts but they still have not sent any money. First they told me the check had to clear, then they told me that they had to wait 30 days, then they told me that they had to wait 60 days, then they said they sent a check, we never recieved it. Now they said they had the wrong address. I made them verbally verify the address 3 times before this. They keep saying that I will get paid on another account but they never send statements / activity reports, Nothing! They are completely lying! I guess since we are a small company they think we will take no action. Not only will they not get any more of our accounts but i will report them to every possible place i can until they are shut down or punished somehow. If I ran my busines like this, I would have been out of business years ago. Why are they still even a company! Do Not Use Roberto & Associates, aka National Collection Network.
