Mr muhammad has several employees that work in the phila schools. The contract that he has with the school board pays him directly 30days in advance. However he has not paid his employees since 11 30 07. He clams that he has not received any money from the school board. But the school borad has invoices that state he has already. Mr muhamad also clams that he does not know how long it will before he can pay anyone.
