Fed Ex delivered an e-bay sold item to Canada overnight. The purchaser provided a valid FED EX account number, but then refused to pay the shipping. Written proof of permission to use this Fed Ex number was provided, but Fed Ex doesn't care. They are now aggressively attempting to collect the amount of the shipping, customs fees, and attorneys fees from me. They made no attempt at all to collect from the receiver who provided the Fed Ex Account number.
