My daughter and I purchased clothing from Newport News. We WERE repeat customers and our banking statements showed a monthly charge of $14.95 to insider pass. We thought it was a bank error only to find that if you don't cancel this automatic service when you purchase clothing from Newport news (which they sign you up for when you BUY from them) you will be continually charged each month to receive "special" catalogs and sale announcements. That is outrageous to treat customers with a ridiculous SCAM.
That's one way to lose business Newport news. I have filed several other complaints with agencies to warn others of this "BACK DOOR SCAM" Buyers Beware.
