First I want to say, I have no problem paying invoices but this was due to an error on Verizon's part and Bank of America's part. The invoice was paid as far as I was concerned until I got a letter from National Enterprise Systems. I called that day and spoke to someone who was rather nice. Then then next day the same person called and started threatening me and harassing me at my place of business. I have read so many blogs with horror stories about this company that I don't want to pay them directly because I don't trust them to apply the payment to the account. Does anyone want to sue? Because I'm in.
Also, this experience has made me decide not to do business with Verizon anymore either. I encourage others to do the same and to tell the company why you are not renewing your contract.
