I heard an advertisement for a free trial of eye cream on the radio. I called the number. They told me that I would receive the trial kit within two weeks. I asked for a customer service phone number to contact in case i had any trouble. The man insisted that he did not have that information, but that it would be included in the kit. Well, I never received the kit. I noticed three months later, that I had been charged monthly by Hydriz ($9.95), Hyrol ($69.95), Amer Leis ($16.95), and EZ Saver ($16.95). The charges by Amer Leis and Ez Saver showed up twice each month! I called (866) 922-9787, which is the number for Hydriz that appeared on my credit card statement. I finally reached a real person. She told me that their customer service line was "backed up" and that she would have someone call me within the day or the next day. I have yet to receive that call!
