I have signed on as a short term member and canceled the next day. I asked that they acknowledge. They did not. I send a second and they acknowledged the cancellation but continued to with draw monies for the next three months. When I spotted it this week I emailed them. At first thy had no record of my emails then they did. They offered a refund of one month and then withdrew that. I have emails of them stating that they did receive my emails. I also have a screen snap shot showing the preferences to receive reports and newsletters that never came after I made the initial cancellation.
I ask others who have been ripped off by this company to contact me so that the power of many may be put into play.
I had this same problem with dating services. Somehow they never received emails of cancellation.
