Dynowatt increased the kWh rate from. 16292/kWh to. 243/kWh in the span of one month and without notification. I have been trying to talk to the company both by phone and e-mail and cannot get a person or a response. I have refused to pay at the increased rate and have made a complaint to the Texas Utility Commission. If anyone knows of another route, I would love to know.
