Dynowatt increased my electrical rate from. 14 to. 25/kwh in one month without notice.in their Contract Agreement, there is a clause which states that their rate will be a least 10% below the "rate to beat" in our area. The rate to beat last month was 18 cents/kwh. Avoil this company because they are at this time the most expensive electrical company in Texas. I called them and asked them about the commitment to the price to beat and I was told that they cancel that commitment on December 31. You can t go to their contract agreement on their web site and as of today it still states that their price will be below the "price to beat".
