I contacted JK Harris at their Las Vegas office in June. I was told at that time that they could have my tax debt settled in a matter of 60-90 days for "pennies on the dollar". It is now over a year later, my tax debt has increased by about $30,000.00 with interest and penalties, the government has kept my refund for the last two years, JK Harris doesn't return my calls or my emails... And I have a tax lien on my house. If they have had cases settled against them in class action suits in the past how it is they are allowed to continue to do business? Should we file another class action suit? I am writing to the Neveda State Bar to file a claim against them, but what other course of action do we have? They should not be allowed to get away with this!
