US Homestead has no return policy. If they don't help you, they still keep your money. Before sending ANYONE money, realize that you can do the same thing yourself.

Florida Gov. Charlie Crist has signed the Foreclosure Rescue Fraud Prevention Act of ensuring that homeowners are properly informed about their rights before signing a contract with a foreclosure rescue entity in addition to other protections.
The new law requires that a "foreclosure rescue consultant" a person who tries to arrange a new payment plan with lender or other alternative to foreclosure - provide a written agreement to the consumer and obtain the consumer's signature before beginning any services. The Contract must be signed by BOTH parties. It MUST provide specific detail of each service to be provided.
A copy of this agreement is to be given to the homeowner NOT LESS than one business day before the homeowner is to sign the agreement and they homeowner shall have 3 business days after signing the agreement to Cancel the written agreement without penalty or obligation. THE CANCELLATION RIGHT MAY NOT BE WAIVED!
MOST importantly! This new law prohibits the collection of payment before completing or performing all services contained in the agreement. Any payments paid to the foreclosure rescue company must be returned within 10 business days after receipt of the notice of cancellation
The Foreclosure Rescue Fraud Prevention Act of 2008 will go into effect October 1.
