Energy Tech and Todd Phelps CEO contracted our business to replace new windows and doors in my home that had caught on fire a few years ago. I was finally able to get the inside repaired to move in and then this idiot appears.
He offered us a great deal on a wonderful job, i was able to get the financing and now have to pay a mortgage note every month of $300.00 a month for a job that was never started.
I have hired an attorney and I am trying to press criminal charges on this idiot but no seems to be able to find him.
Please help us, we are finally able to get back on our feet after loosing everything in the fire and now we are in debt and paying back a loan that Todd Phelps has the cash for.
I just want my money back and this man prosecuted for all the wrong things he has done to other people as well.
Please help us bring this theif to justice
