Had fees on phone bill and they said I signed up for it

I DID NOT sign up for this company but found a $16.00 bill on my phone bill from them and upon calling them, they said I signed up for it HOWEVER the phone bill is in my husband's name... Go figure. They were nice and promised to reimburse me but I guarantee you I did not sign up for this crap and they said I filled out some survey and agreed to it... Bs!
