Time Services in Angola Indiana is currently obstructing my potential employment with a company in Ohio. This according to Andrea Brennan ofthe montpelier Ohio office of Time Services.in a phone call to Andrea Brennan on July 10, I was informed that she could not forward my information to the potential employer due to the fact that Courtney Reneau of the Angola Office had placed notes in my personal file that I had been terminated from employment with T I Automotive in Ashley Indiana.
To this date I have neither been hired nor notified of any termination from TI Automotive by any individule whatsoever. I was called to finish a quality engineering contract with a private client in the Dayton Ohio area at the time the job was offered. Ms Reneau contends that I did not show up for testing for the position. I informed her that the necessary testing had already completed at Work One, and that my past record as a quality auditor and quality engineer should have been adequate to secure this simpleist of position with T I.
Ms Reneau had informed that TI was very interested in me for this position, however, when I confronted the HR representative at T I and presented her with my resume, and she confirmed with me that she had not recieved it from Time Services.
I always follow up on every temporary firm, auditing their work, and I find that consistantly Time Services and in particular Courtney Reneau, does not send my resume and cover letter to potential employers. This constitutes fraud and shall not be tollerated. This discriminates against my associates degree in business management, my background in quality, and my career.
