Enhanced Services Billing Inc. Linked to blue dog online, inc. Platnum Benefit Group

I opened my telephone bill and saw this company has charged me $13.21 including taxes for services which I never ordered and so far I cannot talk to anybody to clarify this matter. Since this is charged on a AT&T bill on their behalf AT&T cannot do anything about.

If anybody has any ideas please let me know
