I just sent a complaint a few seconds ago but I forgot to put information about myself. My name is Bernard Henry and I purchased this house from Curtis who is the president of Sheperds Food Pantry and the owner of Teche Electric Co. The house was not new but everything inside was including the roof and floors. We do have warranties on everything but the floors.
