They will promise a competitive salary up front for training then after you complete training you actually get your pay cut. Their premise is on the hope you can obtain their bonuses to achieve the promised salary. So everybody beware of these scam artists. You will work 6 days a week and 10 hours a day at a base rate less than 25k per year.
