Ripoff idaho falls idaho

I was told this was a master credit card and it wasn;t, called several times and all i get is the run around. I'm already fed up with the bull& and ready to take matters into my own hands. They been taking extra money out of my acount that i didn't even ask for. If you can help i would really appreciate it.
