This company called me in for an interview in which they told me I was very qualified for the sales associate position. They told me they would call me back and let me know when to come in complete the paperwork. Well... I never received the phone so I called the manager. *Note that I had already properly informed my employer that I would not be back. When I spoke with the mofo manager, he told me that they didnt like my comsumer report. I only had a past due cell phone bill and an old credit card that was past due, in which both I was trying to pay off. I became so friggin pissed that I just wanted to give up. How can we as Americans better ourselves if the friggin job market wont give us a chance?!?!?! I think the real reason they didn t hire me was because I'm a very smart, intelligent, and hard working black man. The manager may manager may have had second thoughts of me one day taking his job, seeing that I'm a student majoring in Management. Hibbet Sports needs to practice giving all people the same opportunities!!
