Ripped me off, overbilled credit card, and failed to fix the appliance

L&R came thru a ripoff home warranty company HOME SURE / Total Protect.

They charged a $60 deductible.
Did not fix the machine.
Came back a week later to fix it and billed card again a $60 deductible.
Did not fix machine.
Said they would come back with right part in a week. Not a chance.
I called to dispute $60 double deductible and they hang up phone. Nice.
Total scammers.
