Everything that follows is 100% factual and indisputable: I've decided to Avoid using THE SAN MARCOS, CALIFORNIA UPS STORE (#4095) AT 310 S. Twin Oaks Valley Road, as THEY LOST MY $250.00 PACKAGE CONTAINING A Scotty Cameron wooden putter rack in new condition and refuse to reimburse me for it. I have legal proof of delivery of my package to them by USPS, with their agent's signature, but after many amicable attempts initiated by me over six months to resolve this matter (even using the HQ UPS Store Customer Satisfaction Department), no progress has been achieved, no reimbursement has been offered or made. They are in a totally indefensible position, but because a fairly small amount of money is involved, it's evident they expect me to quietly absorb the $250.00 loss.
Recently, they've just stonewalled, even though there is no question that the package was lost while it was in their custody and control. They won't respond to my reasonable requests to settle the claim, even for a reduced amount. After experiencing UPS Store #4095's customer satisfaction policies and problem resolution practices, IF I needed business support services in San Marcos, I would switch to. The UPS Store owner is fully aware of the situation and knows how to contact me if they choose to make a fair settlement.
