US Movers has got to be one of the worst moving companies I have ever used. I was quoted that the movers would be charged for only the hours they worked. I ended up paying for much more. Not only were the movers EIGHT HOURS LATE, but they were very unprofessional and never apologized for inconveniencing my family and me. I have written a letter of complaints but after reading some of these reports I feel that it won't do any good. I'm upset that I was taken advantage of and angry that this company doesn't care about any of their customers or their belongings.
