I signed up for a free credit report. I discovered it did not include everything I needed and called to cancel the same day. I never received an email confirmation of the cancellation but did receive an email stating, "please come back." I never used their services since then. Now I have been getting recurrent charges on my debit card for $12.95 that the company refuses to refund. I even have a charge for today (6/24) for the next month, and the company even refuses to refund that amount. I spoke with a manager named Diana and she was no help at all. This company is a fraud and beware to get and save your cancellation confirmation number for months because they will keep charging you!
