First they tried to get more money after the stuff was on the truck.
Were told everything would be wrapped and protected. When it arrived they tried the scam again saying the truck wouldn't fit through the apartment gate. Management came and told them many trucks that size came through the gate in the past 20 years.
Everything was damaged heavily, new moving boxes crushed and holes poked in them, 3 boxes missing, table bottom missing, professional banjo missing.
