Wynetta from J H Vaquera Inc called me on a posting I had for Friday. I explained I can not find out if the shipper wants us to do, since she called late Thursday night and I would check with my customer tomorrow morning. She called me first thing Friday morning and said she had that truck and needed to get him on this load. I sent an e-mail to my customer and he did not reply. My customer called around 11am Friday and asked if I still had that truck. I called Wyneeta and she yes, "I'll have the driver call you and get the information." I sent her my packet and I did not receive a call from the driver. So I called her back in about an hour and she said the driver only has a Nextel and can only call from a pay phone. She said "Don't worry, I'll have the driver call your toll free number." Driver did not call, so I called her back and she said she will dispatch him. I asked her where my return broker packet was, and she said I'm filling it out now and I will send. Never received packet and driver never called. I caller her several times at her office and cell phone. Last time I talked to her she said that's drivers, they do what they want. Was not able to get re-covered to move the load.
