Anonymous's description of this company service's is spot on. I too am a client and the cutting and pasting of your so called CARE package into a garbled piecemeal document resembling a resume is your reward for paying anywhere from 3600 to 8600 dolllars. Howard, the owner/pitchman BS's and blusters in detail about his company's success rate and testimonials in his sales pitch. However, once you pay and are beginning to question the efficacy of this "effort" do you begin to realize you have been taken. When you call in to complain, the BS machine fast talking goes into Overdrive with Howard at the wheel, convincing you that you have it all wrong... You haven't given it enough time and whatever other mental deflection comes to mind to persuade you to give him another chance to make you happy. Only when you are no longer having any of that and you persist past his mile a minute BS then he will realize you arent to be dissuaded and will discuss partially refunding your money. I wish someone would have complained about this outfit on here sooner because we would have never done business. Spend your money on a quality resume rewrite. And definitely not with this company.
