First Premiere Disclosure of Credit Card Information to Non Card Holde

First Premiere Bank has made phone calls to my home and given detailed information about my credit account to a person who is not a joint card holder nor even listed on the account as an authorized user. (Mind you, I think there is a little tiny law on the books meant to prevent such an abuse.
