My air conditioner stopped cooling. The tech from Donley said I needed a new air conditioner for 9200.00. Of course he just could have replaced the 20.00 part that I had someone else identify as the problem. A Donley employee had seen invoices regarding previous work done on my air conditioner just a few months before this event. He basically said I was being 'ripped off' by his company, for work not done at all or unnecessary. He was understandably upset.
DONLEY SEVICE CENTER lied to deceived me repeatedly as I tried to resolve their RIPOFF of my resources. I had heard from various, reliable sources, that it is a common business practice of DONLEY SERVICE CENTER to lie, cheat and steal from unsuspecting customers, in a knowingly, ongoing manner, regardless of the customer's financial situation (my case, I'm disabled). Donley, thanks for screwing me!!
