I received a letter, Customer Satisfaction Evaluation Tool (CSET), and a check for $1950.00 from Pinnalcle Group Services Inc., stating that I was selected to be one of their representatives. They informed me that this was a probationary assignment that required me to complete within 48hrs. The assignment takes about 2hrs to complete and it is a paid training; the training pay rate is 180.00 per hour.
The assignment had been put together to be completed at Wal-Mart and Sears location. The purpose of the assignment is to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of payment system of MONEYGRAM transfer and also to evaluate the customer service of level at Wal-Mart and Sears.
