We were employees of a good honest company CPS.in April of The Owner of CPS, made a young businessman's mistake and decided to trust Marc Maier, and entered into a business partnership with Marc Maier, well so he thought...
Maier came to Utah from Texas with NO business, and Mr. Green sole owner of CPS Security had 7 apartments, at 15,000 in receivables per month. Marc Maier is a theif, and we declare to Cowboy Properties, Milestone Management, and Pinnacle Management that C. Green was honest with all of you, Marc Maier and (Nate Harris) made up lies in order to steal C. Green's business, and Maier, and Nate Harris also failed to PAY all three of we employees.
Mr. Green, was a good honest, and upright boss of ours from 2006. We were the number one company—"CPS Security" with regards to securing apartments in the Salt Lake Valley. Mr. Green was intentionally screwed over by Marc Maier when Mr. Maier lied to Mr. Green about a Partnership agreement, and while Green was out of town Marc Maier and Nathan Harris conspired to steal all business from Mr. Green, and went around to apartment managers and made up lies, while Mr. Green was out of town on Vacation May.
While Green was out of town, Marc Maier and Nate Harris called a meeting with all of we employees, at Park Place at City Center Apartments and told us they were screwing C. Green out of his business, and that we were to not say a word. Well we are speaking out now because NATHAN HARRIS and MARC MAIER are dishonest, lying, cheating and deceitful and now that Marc's fled back to Texas, he sold Wasatch to NATHAN HARRIS, and Mr. Harris continues to screw employees out of money, and is not taking taxes out of employees checks. *they are lying on their paper work at appartments, and saying they are onsite when they are really off site... They also had violated state regulations, and went 455 days with no qualified agent, which utah requires them to have. *dont hire wasatch dont go to work for them either.
