Purchased items from website. Paid using PayPal. Website promised shipment witin 2 days. 6 weeks later, website indicates shipment still pending.
Email is the only contact method now shown on website. Previosuly there was a phone number as well. I called and left messages at this number and sent emails, none have been returned.
PayPal will not refund my money under their buyer protection plan.
PayPal may be considered a co-conspirator. They have done nothing to bring this to resolution. They will not share information about the seller, which is in essence shielding the guilty party.
PayPal: "the safer way to pay"
Safer than what? Getting mugged in an alley?
