Authorized Appliance Parts to return a vacuum filter. I had ordered the right filter but they sent the wrong filter.
I was told that I needed an authorization for return number, and they would call me that afternoon or the next day with that number.
I did not hear back from them, so called again on the 27th and was told that because of the holiday things must have gotten backlogged. I was told that by that afternoon or the next day they would be calling with the authorization to return number.
No call was forthcoming, so I called on the 29th to ask why I hadn't received the authorization number yet. I was informed that it takes a week to generate that number.
I was not informed until the 29th that it would take a week; I just kept getting told that they would call that day or the next.
This was a credit card purchase, so not only do they have my money, but they are dragging their feet in giving it back!!
