I invented a kitchen product and received a patent from the U.S. Patent and trademark office. I wanted to get a license agreement and start to receive royalties. I mailed Matt Yubas two products and he loved them. He said they would be asy to find a buyer and in fact he had a friend with bed, bath and beyond who could help. He told me he showed the product to the store and they loved it.
Then he started to ask for more money. He came up with more excuses. He would say I only paid for only a product review. Then I sent him more money and he would say I had to send more because I only paid for a limited service. That means whe would only solicit a few companies. I guess stamps cost a lot in Texas. Then he said he was going to take my product to the Chicago trade show and he wanted me to pay for his air fare and hotel. I said hell no! He then told me to have a professional photog take pictures and and mail them to him. At another $500 dollars expense I sent him the pictures.
He never went to the trade show from what I could tell. I told him to mail me a ticket from the airlines or an entrance pass to the trade show. Of course he never showed me proof that he attended any event. He would only say that no one was interested in my product.
I recently found a company to license my product, but I want the World to know how bad this man is. He uses inventors like atm machines. Has Matt Yubas ever landed anyone a deal? I do not know but I have never had anyone tell me he was any good at producing more then lip service. You can do better with LUCKY NAPKIN COMPANY. They help and they are honest. It took me three years to find some of the most wonderful people that care and honestly try to help inventors. All inventors should go to the "Lucky Napkin" for help and never do business with Matt Yubas. I want my money back Yubas!!!
