Very poor service and unable to resolve an issue in a timely manner, not truthful Saginaw

Had a service bundle with Charter. Moved 4.5 miles and needed bundle to be moved to new address 4.5 miles away in the same city. We had scheduled the disconnect in the residence and the reconnect to the new addresss over 10 days in advance.

Disconnected when they said they would but did not reconnect when scheduled. Spent approximately 1 hour the first call asking when? Promised to do right away. Work order only came in for the Cable TV and internet a few days after the date promised.

Next 1-2 hour phone call got a scheduled appointment for two days later. Work order came in all messed up. Even told me they lost my business line number and had to give me another one. Right, all my business cards and literature had the number on it. Plus the work order stated I was not getting a separate business line from my home line. They scheduled it as a piggy back line. Meaning if I used my home line the business line was only usable when home line not in use. This is not what I had. All they had to do was look at the existing package and duplicate it at the new address.

After talking to several customer reps while the tech waited. They told my wife and I we would get the line installed and the correct number returned. I was told I would get a call the next day. I did not, matter of fact I waited 5 days and called. It was screwed up and another hour on the line I thought I had it taken care of. Promised another installation date. Did not happen. Called another day. Got a customer service lady to tell me on May 15 it was ready, had my number and even had me go through the process to lock my number up. Scheduled a service call for May 16 12:00-3: PM. A no show so I called and was told again he should be there in the next hour and dispatch rescheduled. Of course with no call stating this. Three hours later a no show.

During the May 15 call I told them I needed another cable box and my Cable TV service was poor and needed service. I was told that would take two more service calls at different days!

May 17, I called early in the morning to ask what is going on? Sorry sir I will schedule an emergency installatiion today and give you a $20 credit. We will call you as soon as I know a time. Its 7:05 PM and guess what. No one called or showed up. It has been 18 days and I have been lied to so many times I can't believe it. This has effected my business. To what point I am not sure?

I want everyone to know what is going on with this company. Be aware of the lack of service. I have spent 6 hours on the phone I will never get back. I have spent 10 hours as of today waiting for a tech to show up and they have not. Someone needs to step in and sanction them business.
