Fraud, con artist, took my $

Scam attorney matt mullhofer advertises asset protection but just puts you into a delaware llc i could get for $150 elsewhere. He also says he"s a tax-probate expert but really knows nothing. He just tells you to contact his accoutnant who just wants more $ from you. I got scamed for $2500 and will probably never get my $ back. His bogus plan got me I.R.S. Notices and no help. Don't be another victim
