I signed up for a free incoming call plan and my nights and weekends started at 9 pm. Overall, my plan was $65 so I knew that my bill wouldn't be more than $80. Well every month i got a bill for well over $150. Everytime I would call customer service no one could explain why. I recently found out that Sprint has been sued by several cities for overcharging customers. I just want to find someone who can help me in any way they can.
