I ordered a indoormini in august, and was charged $12.95, Its november 11th today, but i have not recieved it yet. I was informed that i would recieve either a refund or the orderd products within 14 days but that was over a month ago and still no words, the only thing that i have recieved was one of those white card they sent people to inform about the status of shipment, and it says "" date of shipment is given below"" and trust me there is no date. I just called them and she repeated the same thing "" would u like a refund"". I know it aint gonna work like this, so i am reporting this to consumer fraud protection agency, good luck to u guys too.
