This is just a warning for anyone thinking about using or working for this company. This place is hands down the absolutely worst run company I have ever seen in over twenty years in the buisness world. Every single one of the managers treats the employees like they are pond scum and none of the employees have one ounce of respect for anybody managing the company. I swear I have never seen more trash talking behind the managements back anywhere in my life and I don't know if the owners/management just don't acknowledge it or what, but either way it's ridiculous. I have no idea how anybody with half a brain could work in this environment and keep their sanity.
In addition to that they are apparently hell bent on running the company into the ground.in the last six months they have basically completely run off two entire training classes of people simply due to the fact that they saw through the bullshit fairly quickly and weren't going to put up with it. ON top of that DSA has intelligently decided to fire some of its top agents because they got sick of the bullshit and actually opened their mouths about it, that's fair.in addition to that two other top agents decided to quit just because they too were tired of the bullshit and with all of this going on DSA still doesn't have the foggiest idea how poorly run thy are.
The place is run like it's a damned Nazi concentration camp, no Internet access, more cameras that Fort Knox which I still haven't quite figured out the logic in this because you could still steal anything you wanted, they don't let the new people hired talk to the people that have been there which just isolates them and makes them feel awkward... You see the intellectual giants we are working with here. THey have meetings that last for hours that really have no meaning and don't accomplish anything except keeping the office from working and then they bitch about numbers being low. They say they are there to "help" people, but if you don't help enough people you get yelled at which is just a hell of a way to encourage your sales team, wait I"m sorry, Debt Consultants. They honestly think that by yelling at you that will somehow raise your sales...??? What the hell kind of logic is that honestly??? I mean, they have people making over $10K/month that are QUITTING just because they don't want to put up with the bullshit. With all of this going on DSA still hasn't figured out that if they would just shut he hell up and give employees some respect everything would be fine, but like I said we're not dealing with intellectual giants here.
What else... I dunno, overall these people just suck and I don't recommend debt settlement anyways because it just screws up peoples lives, but you can do whatever you want. If you are going to do it I just really don't recommend using these people. They are rude, ignorant, money hungry pinheads that have probably lost about 40% of their income in the last two months alone so do the world a favor and don't put any more money in their pockets.
