Where do I begin with TransFirst? They erroneously reported my sales, they signed me up for things I did not want or need, told me I was doing things incorrectly with my account (they were incorrect, though). Now, after digging deeper I call and am offered "deals" and "negotiations" by the rep. I resisted as I was totally confused after that conversation. Well, it will cost $299 to get out of the contract and they will still try to charge me fees every month. I have a 2 page letter that I sent to their Retention department "begging" to be let out of my contract. They have caused me bounced checks, unusually high fees, incorrect and fradulant information. And to make matters worse, it is an Evergreen Contract that you must ask to get out of after 3 years, or they will sign you up again! I hope all small business' steer CLEAR of this company, which my bank recommends and does so on their website. When I called the bank CEO, I got the "script" from the gatekeeper. Now it's time for a new bank, too.
