Lawn Works is a small landscape company in plano texas. It is owned by Greg Smythe. He drives a brand new hummer for him and his senior in school everyday. Greg works from his home. Greg also lines piles of trash down the alley in our neighborhood. He also parks all his "GROSS" service trucks in front of his home along with his hummer everyday and weekend causing a eyesore. This also causes a difficult to pass his home. We live a upscale neighborhood and pay high property tax to feel like we like in east plano. Several of his staff has quit because he is a cheat and a liar. Me and several neighbors have been billed for work that was not done or work that was NEVER asked to be done. I have called several times to ask why im being charged? Greg's canned response is to "tell him" when his guys mowed? His workers told me he does NOT keep records of when the guys mow. I spoke to several other neighbors that were billed as well for work thats not asked for. Greg is good to get your business the bill you like crazy. Greg's workmanship is great. We all agree his guys do a great job! But why am I and others being billed for services we did not ask for? Why am I keeping track of when they mow? Isn't that why I pay greg. Why is it his guys are quitting left and right? I will not recommed greg or his company to anyone in my neighborhood.
