I paid for my two items on Feb. 21.2008.By Feb. 26.2008 I got an message saying my items were being shipped (was supposed to be combined shipping but I paid over $20.00 shipping to Canada, whatever I didn't care really. I really wanted my items).
By March 15.2008 I began to get worried and e-mailed them saying I have not received anything, which they would say it would take 8 to 10 days to get to me. They refunded me half my money, and said they were shipping another package (no questions asked, they just sent away).
Today, I still have not received any packages, as well as now my e-mails are being ignored. I found their number 1-626-732-1951 and left a message. Still no response. I filed a dispute through paypal, no response. Filed a claim through e-bay, no response.
I found this site, and read everyone's complaint and I decided that I was upgrading my dispute to a claim. They supposibly sent another package, but I have no news on where it is and if I will ever receive it.
I got angry also cause I left a neutral comment, expressing the concerns I had with this company. I got a response from them as a negative comment saying I had no communication and they had no clue what my problem was. And automatically after they left a negative comment, they asked for my comment to be withdrawed. See, I don't really care about my comments cause I am not an avid shopper on EBAY. So I was like screw that, leave negative remarks.
E-BAY needs to do something about Favor Frenzy. They scammed a lot of people, and are just really untrustworthy.
So for those smart enough to google their name before buying something from them, good for you. And for those in the same situation as I am, claim through paypal and take your buisness elsewhere.

I have received an two e-mails from Favor Frenzy once I have wrote them an e-mail stating in the subject that I was filing claims, disputes and complaints. They have stated that they will sue me for slander, fraud and harassment. I responded back that I thought it was funny that only now do they respond back to me. And how for weeks they never responded back to anything I have written. I also told them I refuse to stop telling my story until I get what I deserve, and that's either my money back or my merchandise. They also stated they sent my package to me for free (HOW IS IT FREE WHEN I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR MY ITEM AND NEVER RECEIVED IT?) and that they are taking all these complaints into liberal matters.
I really recommend anyone in the future to check out the background of these companies before buying anything from them.
I am lucky enough that my credit card company has given me back the money that they took for me. I am now able to look elsewhere for my items for my wedding!
