When you are looking for a true to the word, and looking for the business broker to do ALL the work on selling your business DO NOT use this business broker find somebody that will work with you... And not just after the juggler!
Oh and if he does not sell your buiness and do what you are told... You will be told many times that "My name is Bill Smith and I don't work for free" and will treaten to sue you IF THE BUSINESS DOES NOT SELL... What a guy AH!
All I have to say is beware before you sign anything! Theres a reason why he lives in the mountains!
Sometimes your in a need of a business broker service which is not a bad thing but make sure its not this guy!
