Did not deliver magazine subscriptions or refund purchase price

I ordered a subscription to Family Fun magazine on 9/13/07 through LSS, Inc. As the "contract" states "allow 90-120 days for delivery, " I did not immediately cancel the subscription.
My check was deposited on 9/19/07. As of today, 4/11/08, I have not received any magazines.

The young man who sold me the subscription was very rude. He asked me if there were any drugs for sale around here (I live in a low-income housing complex.)
Also, I have bank statements, the original contract, and a copy of the cancelled check. I am currently in the process of contacting government agencies to see what resources are available for refunding my money.
