I sent debt validation request to this company one year ago and received a few copies of monthly statements from them. I asked them to provide an accounting of the supposed $3100 debt that they say I owe. They sent an affidavit that basically says, under oath, that I owe the money. Nice intimidation tactic there guys, but these so-called affidavits are often filled with hearsay and lies. Has anyone else had a similar experience with LHR Inc.? I don't believe they have validated my debt, but they are still trying to collect on it by sending me letters in the mail. I am just getting irritated by their harrassment and would like to know what I can do. If they have not validated, this is an FDCPA violation that can be used in a court of law against them. These losers should be put in their place by people who know their rights! Don't let bottom feeders take advantage of you!
